Complaints & exchanges


Occasionally, a product we deliver may be faulty. This may be caused by the item being incorrectly handled during delivery, the product being used incorrectly or simply because it is DOA (dead on arrival). If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our RMA department.

We have a user-friendly and simple way of handling your RMA requests. Once you have spoken to our RMA department, we automatically send you an RMA number and document by fax or e-mail.

(We will receive the completed form directly via e-mail).

RMA-REPORT
A downloadable PDF file that you can print out and send to us by fax to the following number: Telefax: +49 (0) 23 07 / 96 10 - 199

 

You now have 2 options:
1. You want to exchange your goods.
Once you have contacted our RMA department and returned the faulty goods, we will send you a replacement product as soon as we have checked the faulty one.
2. You want a refund instead of a replacement.
In this case, our RMA department will forward your request to our accounts department. You will then receive a credit note on your invoice. If you have received an incorrect delivery due to a mistake on your part, we reserve the right to charge the transport costs.
