NTP - the NetCat SYSTEMS Trade-in Program
Take advantage of our NetCat SYSTEMS Trade-in Program (NTP) and optimize your margin even further. In just a few steps, you can receive a sum based on the market average and condition of your existing IT infrastructure, thereby enabling you to cut costs or increase your margin and simultaneously create space for new technologies.

Send us a list of the trade-in products you have available
NTP step 2:
NetCat SYSTEMS will promptly make you a
purchase offer based on the current market conditions
NTP step 3:
No more than 20 days after the purchase offer is made, we must receive the trade-in components that will then be checked to confirm their function and condition.
NTP step 4:
Once the function test has been successfully carried out, the components will be put into storage
and the credit voucher issued.
NTP step 5:
The credit voucher will be debited from the invoice for the newly-purchased components

Waste from Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and RoHS
NetCat SYSTEMS disposes of waste equipment in accordance with the legal provisions of the EU Directives on the disposal of Waste from Electric and Electronic Equipment (WEEE 2002/96/EC) and in full compliance with Directive 2002/95/EC RoHS.
Logistics
Vast warehouse capacities, short response times, flexibility and straightforward shipping are the keys to success for well-functioning logistics. We rely on Germany's largest shipping firms, UPS and TNT, to send our products. Goods that are available from the warehouse are sent on the same day the order is placed. Should you require items on demand or for special installation deadlines, we can send you the items for the specific day. In particularly urgent cases, you may receive the items on the same day you ordered them if they are readily available. Upon request, we can package the goods in non-branded packaging and send it as what is referred to as a 'blind shipment', i.e. without bearing any information about the sender, direct to your clients. This saves you time and a further step in the processing chain. Of course, your delivery notes can also be sent with the packages. If you wish, you can be automatically updated about your shipment's current status by e-mail.
RMA
Despite all our checks and careful handling of goods, faults can occur. NetCat SYSTEMS offers you a customer-friendly, simple RMA management plan that you can use online or even offline. Faulty goods are replaced or refunded quickly. Our staff on the RMA team are available to help you with any questions you may have.
